Sadly the time has now come to close the gates at Winter Wonderland for another season. It’s been a fantastic year – we hope you’ve enjoyed it as much as we have.

The festive season is almost over but there’s still one more weekend of fun at Winter Wonderland! We are open until 10pm on Sunday 6th January.

If you’re looking for a last burst of festive fun there is still availability on the attractions throughout the weekend. Whether you want to skate on the enchanting Ice Age 4 Ice Rink, enjoy a breathtaking experience in The Magical Ice Kingdom, be thrilled by Zippos Christmas Circus and the jaw-dropping Cirque Berserk, or take a romantic ride on the Giant Observation Wheel. Not forgetting over 100 rides and attractions including the charming Santa Land where Santa will greet you in his Grotto.

Christmas might be over but the festivities continue here at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland until Sunday 6th January. Come celebrate all the magic of the season with us!

The Ice Age 4 Ice Rink, set around the Victorian band stand in Hyde Park is the largest and most magical open air ice rink in the UK. Our new Magical Ice Kingdom this year has gone down a storm, offering a breath-taking ice & snow sculpture experience. As popular as ever is Zippos Circus, with the Christmas Circus during the daytime, perfect for the little ones, and Cirque Berserk for the evening audience, complete with scary Ringmistress, Grimm-style storyline and the incredible Globe of Death. The Giant Observation Wheel is a must for a spectacular and romantic view 60 metres in the air over Hyde Park. If rides are your thing, there’s over 100 exciting rides & attractions, from traditional carousels and fun houses, to ghost rides, thrill rides and no less than three roller coasters!

If you’re just looking for a relaxing browse around festive markets, you’ve come to the perfect place. We have two market areas – the Angels and Yuletide Markets, over 150 charming wooden chalets offering unique gifts and crafts, jewellery, winter wear and sweets galore.

What Christmas celebration would be complete without the accompanying festive fare? At Winter Wonderland you’re never far away from a warming hot chocolate, mulled wine or hot cider to keep the chills away. There’s a dazzling array of food choices including traditional German fare, flame-cooked meats, pies and pancakes, churros and colourful candy stalls. You can pick up food on-the-go from one of the many outdoor wooden chalets, or to escape from the cold, choose from a variety of bars, cafes and heated restaurants. More…

Winter Wonderland is the perfect setting for a romantic date. Enter the magical spirit of Christmas as you walk through the gates, where you’ll find Hyde Park beautifully decorated for the winter season, sparkling with fairy lights!

Take a flight on the Giant Observation Wheel to see the full glory of Winter Wonderland from above. Soar 60 metres into the air for spectacular views over Hyde Park and beyond. Book a romantic Private Pod with that special someone. Celebrate the occasion – whether it’s a date, a birthday, an anniversary or even time to pop the question! You can order a bottle of Champagne to toast the occasion, or choose a VIP Pod, with plush interior and an audio player for a really luxurious experience.

Following on from the success of last year’s extreme circus, Zippos returns with a brand new show, CIRQUE BERSERK, perfect for the evening crowd. Taking its inspiration from the dark and twisted fairy tales of the brothers Grimm and similar, Cirque Berserk goes where no circus has gone before!

Enter the Magical Ice Kingdom, an awe-inspiring experience through a fantastical world of real ice and snow. Follow the magical pathways and admire the beauty of the exquisite sculptures and crystal-like characters throughout the themed rooms. Meet the woodland ice creatures as they roam through the forest, the ice bears, wolves, stags, owls, foxes and rabbits. Try a seat in the fairy tale unicorn-pulled carriage and take the slide in the magnificent ice castle. Dare to approach the dragon’s lair with the knights and archers, and meet the ice queen in her throne room!

London’s spectacular Christmas destination returns to light up Hyde Park with wintertime festivities. After the huge success of last year’s event, we’re now set to make Winter Wonderland even better! From 23rd November to 6th January Hyde Park will be transformed into a festively glistening destination.

We’re really sad to have to say goodbye to Winter Wonderland for another year – it’s been such fun and the best year so far! Thanks to everyone who made it such a fantastic event!
