Ice Guides:
£30.00 per session. Ice guides are available to escort your party on the ice.
Each Ice guide can look after up to 15 skaters and will be exclusive to your group for the 1 hour session. Please ask at the time of booking.

FAQ:
Please note that this is a temporary, outdoor ice rink subject to varying
weather and ground conditions. We therefore advise that you check the
weather forecast for the day of your visit, consider the nature of the event
and the effects of any inclement weather on surface conditions, and wear
suitable clothing and footwear.
When should I get there?
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your allotted/booked session to
allow for skate fitting etc.
At what age can I bring my children?
There is no minimum age for children, although each child aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum skate size: Children's size 9
We advise parents to use their discretion as to whether the child will enjoy
the experience if they are very young.
I've got big feet! Do you have boots to fit me?
The maximum skate size: Adult size 13. It is not possible to reserve skates in advance.
Can I bring my own skates?
Yes you can. Although we reserve the right not to allow a person to use
their own skates if we decide that they are not suitable.
Can I bring and use speed skates?
Speed skates are not permitted on the WINTER WONDERLAND ice rink.
What if it is raining?
You will get wet! The rink can operate in nearly all weather conditions.
Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. This is an outdoor event and no
refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that
the Duty manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative
sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.
What do I do with my bags, coats etc when I am skating?
Bags and bulky items are not allowed on the ice. These can be left at the cloakroom for small charge. Please note that items are left in the cloakroom at the owner’s risk.
Do I have to pay to spectate or go into the ice rink café?
All the viewing areas and café are free to access. So come along and watch
your friends and family skating and enjoy a warming hot drink and snack.
I am a wheelchair user, can I book to skate on the ice?
Wheelchairs are welcome on the ice during any public session excluding the
final session of each day (9.00pm - 10.00pm)
ICE SKATING CAN BE HAZARDOUS. ALL PATRONS ARE REMINDED THAT THEY SKATE AT
THEIR OWN RISK.
