Ticket Information

Tickets booked online are E-tickets and will be automatically emailed to the email account given at the time of booking. Please check your Spam Folder.

Please check your confirmation, as mistakes can not always be rectified. Tickets can not be exchanged, transferred or refunded after purchase.

A child’s ticket is valid for aged 12 & under and children are not allowed onto the ice unaccompanied. Family tickets are 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children.

Group & school rates only available in advance.

Children under 2 can go on the Wheel or to The Zippos Christmas Circus or Zippo Cirque Extreme free of charge provided they will sit on an adults lap.

Booking fees are applicable.

In Person

Tickets will be available to purchase at face value (without a booking fee) from the Winter Wonderland Box Office in Hyde Park from 19th November, subject to availability.

Please note

The ice rink can operate in almost all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Duty Manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.

There is no admission fee into Winter Wonderland – entry is free and tokens for all rides & attractions can be purchased on the day.

Opening Times

Winter Wonderland opens at 5pm on Friday 18th November. Thereafter the opening times (including Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve) are 10am until 10pm, from 19th November 2011 to 3rd January 2012 except for Christmas Day when the event is CLOSED.
