Winter Wonderland is free to enter, so join us and enjoy the festive atmosphere. However you will need to buy tickets for the attractions & rides. Tickets for Ice Skating, The Magical Ice Kingdom, the Giant Observation Wheel and Zippos Circus are available to buy in advance. BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment!
Price Structure
Peak rates apply: 23rd Nov to 6th Jan excluding the dates below.
Off Peak rate apply: 26th Nov, 27th Nov, 28th Nov, 29th Nov, 2nd and 3rd Jan
Group Discounts
A group discount of 10% is available for groups of 20 or more. This discount will automatically be added to your online booking.
Ticket Information
Tickets booked online are E-tickets which you can print out at the time of booking.
Please check the details carefully when booking your tickets as refunds cannot be given after your have completed your order.
A Child Ticket is valid for those aged 12 and under
An Adult or Teen Ticket is valid for those aged 13 and over
A Family Ticket consists of the following combination:
2 Adults / Teens and 2 Children OR 1 Adult / Teen and 3 Children
Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by a person of 16 years or over.
Children of 2 and under will not need a ticket for the Giant Wheel or Circus shows if they do not occupy a seat (ie if they sit on an adult’s lap).
The concession tickets apply only to: Over 60s, Full-time students (with NUS card)
Group & school rates only available in advance.
Booking fees are applicable.
Opening Times
Winter Wonderland opens at 5pm on Friday 23rd November. Thereafter the opening times (including Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve) are 10am until 10pm, from 23rd November 2012 to 6th January 2012 except for Christmas Day when the event is CLOSED.
Please note – The ice rink can operate in almost all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Duty Manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.
